THE "LOVE BUG" WEDDING

Sometime in our lives, we had our own experience with the Volkswagen or VW or the classic "Beetle"! We had a white 1302 and then, an orange 1302S Beetle. 

We even remember of a cute movie, The Love Bug with Herbie, the racing Beetle! If you don't remember this, well, it is just an age-related knowledge!

The LOVE BUG... a very "cute" wedding concept of dear friends, Grace and Larry...

See the sign "NUEVO CASAO" It is the Chavacano way of saying "Just married".
So cute... so cute...

 I actually took these shots from the sidelines! I really couldn't just go away while they had their shoot! 


 And off the newlyweds go...

And, after the shoot, they really did use the Beetle on the road! It is, indeed, roadworthy!

P.S. The shoot was c/o CWorks Wedding Photography. I enjoyed watching their shoot after the wedding mass. I hope I didn't preempt them.

    A lot of people really love vintage cars. This VW is cute, but I wouldn't dare drive it on a highway with all those big buses and trucks hehehe. I feel like it would flip over. City driving lang siguro hehehe.

    In a nearby town, there's an auto shop that specializes in repairing, and turning a beetle into a convertible. I always think that it's a great vehicle. One of my friends in highschool used to own one as well. It's really cute. Plus I remember Jolina Magdangal's colorful beetle in her movies or was it in Gimik?

    Yeah I agree with Myes. I even heard that it's getting even more expensive renting a vintage wedding car. Getting married these days are so darn expensive :(

    I remember when I was a kid, we used to have that Volkswagen buggy in light blue. We'd be chauffeured from here and there but when the car broke down it was sold immediately. I miss the memory though :)

    So cute! The car and the couple both. :) My bro-in-law used to drive a green beetle until it finally conked out on him and he opted to buy a new one instead of having it repaired. Sayang, I was still in school then. I would have loved to have had it restored and in running condition again.

    We had a white 1303S! I think what differentiates an S from other beetles is that it has a dashboard? I remember my brother driving this up Kennon Road and it is so powerful, talo ang other newer cars
