THIRD PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL PYROMUSICAL: CLOSE-UP INTERMISSION FEB 2012

The THIRD PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL PYROMUSICAL COMPETITION at the Seaside Boulevard of the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) was held last February 18, 2012 highlighting United Kingdom and Spain.

Close-Up as one of the sponsors of the Show also performed during the intermission, of course, with their beautiful jingle as the background music.

Of course, the show was not as elaborate nor as long but beautiful just the same.

The fireworks show was colorful with reds and greens just like the toothpaste. But there were also violet and pink and other colors of the spectrum.

This intermission also kept us entertained while waiting for the next exhibition by Spain.

It is amazing how such displays would be so colorful, exciting and wonderful to marvel!

THIRD PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL PYROMUSICAL COMPETITION: SPAIN FEB 2012

Here I am again with Fireworks. Even if I have photographed  Disney Florida, I still enjoy taking pictures of Fireworks
I really added a day just because I knew that I wanted to watch the THIRD PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL PYROMUSICAL COMPETITION at the Seaside Boulevard of the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) last February 18, 2012 highlighting United Kingdom and Spain.

This is a tie-up of the Amusement Park with the Pyromusical competition.
I seemed a bit obsessed that afternoon just because I really wanted to find a good position where I would place my DSLR  camera complete with tripod!

I found it in Gumbo Restaurant!

The UK show started at about 7:40 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. while the Spain show began at 8:30 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m.

This time, here is SPAIN's time to shine!
By the way, I don't take extra time to edit my shots... in fact, I already forgot how to use Adobe Photoshoppe!
So these are SPAIN's fireworks as I saw them!!!

What caught our attention with the Spain performance was the beautiful music which sounded Spanish also! The other musical accompaniment were also familiar.

It was more difficult to take pictures of the Spanish show because it had lots of parts which were less massive and also with separation between lights which were more difficult to focus.
There were also more white and yellow lights compared to the UK show.

This is what I mean is less massive with plenty fine light particles
which is difficult to photograph

I like this!

After Spain's show, we were really so happy and satisfied because I felt the romance and the flimsy, flittering Spanish character in the music and dancing light performance.

This is what i also mean by less massive

However, comparing pictures of the Spain and UK's shows, it seems my UK photos are more exciting and strong!

I guess, I still have to find out who won in this THIRD PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL PYROMUSICAL COMPETITION.

For myself, I was just happy to be there among the "millions" of spectators, to take photos of the Fireworks and of course, to blog this!

It is amazing just being there ...especially, for us who are not from the Metropolis!!!
